My Background and Approach
Whatever it is that brought you here, I can help you sort things through, meet your unique goals, & improve your relationship with yourself & others. I work from a family systems/relational lens & for over 15 years, I have provided affirming therapeutic services to individuals, partners, & families of diverse compositions. My clients typically come to me for support with symptoms related to depression & anxiety, navigating partner and/or parent-child relationships, major life transitions, grief & loss. Together we’ll create a supportive/collaborative space needed for you to heal & to find your way again. I specialize in working with trans/queer relationships and families and I often provide support letters for gender affirming care for youth and adults.
