About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults who are looking for support related to gender and sexual identities, neurodivergence, chronic pain and illness, and alternative relationship structures. I have experience supporting people with depression, anxiety, gender dysphoria, Autistic burnout, general burnout, ADHD, codependency, surviving in higher education/academics, major life transitions, self-esteem, and more.
My Background and Approach
My work is rooted in anti-oppression frameworks with the goal of creating a collaborative and empowering therapeutic space. I'm passionate about unlearning harmful internalized ideologies, working toward living more authentically, and learning to engage in relationships and community in healthy ways that align with their values. My work is informed by systemic perspectives as well as seeing everyone I work with through a strengths-based lens.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is highly informed by my understanding of systems of oppression as pervasive systems that impact mental health and wellness. As someone who works with some communities who are particularly vulnerable to the effects of systems of oppression, it is imperative to my work to understand mental health and wellness in the contexts of the systems we exist in.
