My Background and Approach
I will get to the usual background information (we're all licensed, have experience, and specific ongoing training), but first I want to give you what I believe is more important. The lives and relationships of the people I work with get better. They get better because they come to understand themselves, they accept themselves, and they develop skills to deal with themselves and challenges they face in their life.
