About My Clients
My ideal clients are adolescents and adults struggling to live their best lives and find their place in the world as well as all kinds of couples struggling to heal or rekindle their trust and intimacy. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and passionate about working with the struggles facing the community, Everyone has their own path in life and as such I enjoy working with clients who want to take an active role in seizing control of their lives. I love empowering clients to be their best selves.
My Background and Approach
I practice a method of therapy called Existential Logotherapy. This method is built around client empowerment the knowledge that each of us has the ability to shape our lives and often in ways we may not realize. The idea that even when faced with suffering, adversity, and setbacks we still have the ultimate privilege of deciding how we face those obstacles and how we rise to those challenges that keep us from living our best lives. Each person has their own idea of what makes life worth living, and together I want us to uncover what that might be for you and eliminate obstacles that keep you from finding that personal fulfillment. Because fulfillment is personal and unique to every individual and relationship, I believe that no two clients will have exactly the same plan and goals, I work with clients to devise workable plans to best accomplish the goals they set for their therapeutic journey.
