About My Clients
Eiko helps people heal through the ecology of embodiment during life activities you want to feel liberated or at ease while doing. Eiko integrates a healing justice lens to help people navigate colonialism, racial identities, gender, sexuality, stress reduction, sensory needs, nervous system shifts, relationships, and connecting with ecosystems. Eiko identifies as mixed, of Asian and European descent, gender non-conforming, and queer. Healing is political and healing is brave.
My Background and Approach
Eiko can help you connect with nature, decolonize, maintain friendships, create spiritual rituals, routines, and reduce chronic pain through stress reduction. They can also help with postural adjustments, environmental adaptations, executive functioning strategies, and when appropriate craniosacral therapy, gentle massage therapy, and myofascial releases. Being a human can be really hard, especially when our world(s) is suffering. Organizing and building the world we want can be deeply healing and nourishing with support. Eiko would love to be a part of your mycelial support network. Eiko will start taking new folks in the late summer of 2023 on Fridays.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I always have felt most free and at home surrounded by forests, water, black soil, mushrooms, golden grass, and starry skies. My communities have always sustained me and I am indebted to Black, Dakota, Anishinaabe, Asian, Mixed, Latinx, Swana, Queer, Trans, GNC, allies of all kinds, healers and organizers who have always fought for cultures of belonging and the sacredness of all life forms without exception. I work to honor these legacies in addition to creating my own. I live in Mnieapolis, Mnisota the land of the Dakota and Anishanabe people and am working to be in a more just relationship with the land and original people of this place. I currently only see patients on Fridays at this time.
