Elizabeth also has extensive experience working with college students as a counselor and student support specialist. Elizabeth draws on Interpersonal Process, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Existential, Multicultural and Feminist therapy techniques to tailor a treatment plan unique to the individual client needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Through transparency, Elizabeth builds the trust necessary to allow her clients to identify their core beliefs and explore and confront any problematic thoughts and behaviors at the root of their suffering. Elizabeth is passionate about helping individuals identify where they are in life, where they want to be, and how to get there. She considers herself a lifelong learner and approaches her clients in much the same way she approaches life--with curiosity and warmth.
