My speciality is children and adolescents. I am a Somatic Experience Practioner I also practice touch work. I work on regulation, accessing the nervous system and am body centered.
Somatic Experience, Mindfulness and Transforming Healing Touch
I provide a safe space, nuturing and connection so we can work on the issues that you've come to therapy for.
I am an SEP and have completed my TEB (Transforming the Experienced Brain) which deals with early development trauma and is touch oriented. I include play therapy along with movement, art and games.
