About My Clients
I primarily work with young adults, to early 30s. Most of my clients are in identity discovery phases in their lives; exploring parts, sides, and aspects of Self they have never met before. Our work together is centered around embodiment and connection with the most authentic and genuine Capital S-Self.
My Background and Approach
My approach is based in the core value of authenticity found in Gestalt therapy. I primarily work from an holistic and somatic posture. This work sometimes includes subconscious and unconscious imagery exploration, with a trauma and neurodivergent lens; understanding that all bodies and minds respond differently. And some bodies and minds need different interventions than others. The goal and focus of this work is to unpack the voices and stories that someone else gave you, and help you discover and become your most authentic Self.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a member of the LGBTQ+ Community I am honored to serve my community in this way of offering a healing space to the members in my community. I firmly believe, in office and outside of office, that: "Nobody's free until everybody's free" (Fannie Lou Hammer, 1971). Healing is an integral aspect of individual and communal freedom. We cannot move forward together if we do not commit ourselves to healing and growth.
