I am here to help you navigate the complexities of anxiety, improve your relationship with yourself and others, and heal from betrayal trauma.
My Background and Approach
When we work together, you'll find a space where you’re fully accepted, your experiences are validated, and there’s no judgment. I start therapy by figuring out what issues you want to address, and then we’ll create a care plan together. I incorporate different types of therapy, like cognitive behavioral therapy, internal family systems therapy, compassion-focused therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Many clients focus on exploring different parts of themselves, finding inner harmony, and developing a more compassionate self to help tackle life’s challenges. Some may want to address a specific issue, while others are looking for long-term support. My goal is to meet you where you are and create the space that works best for you!

I believe that humans have the power to change and grow, and that connection is essential for healing. I understand what it’s like to feel isolated, anxious, and constantly on edge. But healing is possible. Change is possible. I’ll be here with you every step of the way.
