My Background and Approach
My specialties include trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and others. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. NARM (Neuro Affective Relational ModeI) level 2, IFS (Internal Family Systems) level 1. I am also in the Trauma informed Expressive Arts Therapy training. MA in Jungian psychology.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My understanding of counseling comes from holistic and trauma-informed approaches that incorporate mind, body, and spirit such as Jungian, transpersonal, somatic, mindfulness, attachment, and creative expression approaches.
