Welcome to a space tailored for young hearts and minds to thrive. With expertise in children, teens, and young adults, I'm here to support growth, resilience, and well-being at every stage. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, school-related issues, family conflict, major life events and transitions, and struggles with self-esteem. I also have experience working with individuals with Autism and enjoy helping strengthen social-emotional skills.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Social Worker and obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's Degree's from Aurora University. I am passionate about providing collaborative, compassionate, and creative therapeutic interventions. I take a holistic approach (focusing on the whole person) with highly individualized treatment plans. When you enter my space, you will be met with an environment that invites mindfulness and comfort. Taking the first step is not always easy. My hope is that you will walk away from our conversations feeling better connected to yourself and with the confidence to achieve your goals.
