About My Clients

I enjoy working with clients who are looking to live more authentic lives that bring them joy. My clients come to me with concerns around anxiety, relationships, life transitions, grief and loss, navigating cultural identity, and managing chronic physical and mental health symptoms.

My Background and Approach

Together we can contextualize your concerns within our society and your family system. Our work together will help you build confidence, clarity, and self-trust. I provide a client-centered space for exploration and the grief that can accompany positive change. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection, which means our work together may include ways to address how emotional dysregulation manifests in the body. Additionally, I also enjoy supporting individuals like myself who identify as multiracial or as children of immigrants.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I hope to advocate for the empowerment of all marginalized people through my therapeutic work and in my personal life. I support racial justice, LGBTQIA+ inclusion, and disability justice work. I believe our struggles are intertwined, and that supportive allyship is the only way to see positive change.
