I would love to work with you on the things that haunt you and hold you back. Reclamation of personal power will be the basis of our work together. We will explore relational systems such as justice and culture, and the role of the self within these systems. By re-imagining yourself as a cherished and sacred part of the whole, you can identify and heal the wounds that have drained your precious energy and afflicted you with false negative narratives. Together, we will find out what your story truly has to tell us, and rewrite it for your benefit! The competencies I have are crisis work, LGBTQAI+ affirmation, grief, death and dying, sizeism, BIPOC issues and needs, and the particular challenges of dealing with chronic illnesses and disabilities. I am currently under supervision on my way to my LICSW credential!

Since entering the mental health field, I have had a strong social justice mindset. I am a supporter of the Black Lives Matter movement and the Land Back movement. I believe in decolonizing and that we are on stolen Native land. Therefore, unlearning toxic capitalist and supremacist ideas can benefit everyone, and acknowledging these forces in our lives adds depth and insight to the therapy process. For several years, I was a suicide crisis counselor. I have volunteered to collect surplus produce for the food bank, as a cook providing food for those in need, and in animal welfare. I am a polytheist. I am kink and sex work friendly. In applying these principles to therapy, I have learned that every human has intrinsic worth. I welcome many subcultures that are normally overlooked. In accepting your own creativity and difference, healing can begin.
