About My Clients
My work in various practice settings has led me to have extensive experience working with those seeking therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, relationship difficulties, psychedelic integration, financial anxiety and trauma, and more. I often work with those identifying with LGBTQIA2S+ and/or BIPOC communities. I am currently accepting clients interested in individual psychotherapy, financial therapy, psychedelic integration, and/or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California (#86545). I believe that the mind and body are complementary parts of the self, and that our wellness is impacted by our social, cultural, and physical environments. I often work to help identify and deconstruct systems of oppression and the impact these systems have on our mental health and wellness, as I believe this can be critical for healing. I also incorporate trauma-informed, culturally-responsive, harm reduction, insight-oriented, relational and mindfulness approaches into my psychotherapy practice, as well as offer financial therapy, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic integration. I have expertise in queer identities and relationships, and I am poly-aware and kink-friendly. My priority is taking a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach to therapy and creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
