Does a loud inner critic live inside you and hold you back? Let's help you expand and show up as your true self so you can live more intentionally and with a sense of empowerment. My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #77273) with a Master of Social Work degree from USC School of Social Work. I currently work at UCLA supporting students. I previously worked for several years in community mental health. I maintain a small private therapy practice in West Los Angeles, CA. Outside of work, I enjoy drawing and illustration, rollerskating, and spending time in nature. I am Queer / Bi+. I feel honored to do this work.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Effective psychotherapy is a transformative process. I practice an integrative approach and adapt a variety of techniques including mindfulness-based interventions, expressive arts therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) to support your healing and well-being. My approach to psychotherapy is informed by strengths-based, psychodynamic, and humanistic frameworks. My style is compassionate and exploratory. I will gently challenge you to examine where you’ve been, where you are presently, and where you’d like to go. I view my role as therapist as a wayfinder for growth and change. I am here to help you develop insight and self-awareness, navigate uncertainty, and hold kindness for yourself while on this journey.
