About My Clients
Waking up terrified, feeling like you’re going to die or have a heart attack when you find yourself in crowded places, or feeling like you don’t belong or are invisible are not your fault. Finding someone who understands, who sees you can be really hard. I've served the LGBTQ+ community for the past 10 years. I work with LGBTQ+ and non-LGBTQ+ adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, PTSD, and LGBTQ+ concerns (coming out, gender identity, transitioning, living an authentic life).
My Background and Approach
Seeing you means that means creating a safe, accepting, and non-judgmental space and I will sit with you and be present, and you will feel heard, validated, and accepted with unconditional positive regard. I won’t judge you or waste your time. My goal is to see you and your needs in a safe space where you are respected, supported, and valued.
