About My Clients
I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals, ranging from adolescence through adulthood. I also often work with educators, both teachers in grades K-12 and in higher education.
My Background and Approach
More often than not, my work is about supporting clients seeking to understand themselves more thoroughly and trying to live more authentic lifestyles. This may look different for each individual as we take a closer look at the patterns they have set up for themselves, the external barriers they're facing, and the generational loops they hope to unweave. Sometimes therapy with me is a classroom for new skills or habits to better take care of oneself, and sometimes therapy is a space to explore parts of yourself you can't safely share with anyone else.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a strong believer in accessible mental health services. I offer a sliding scale for clients who are un/under-insured.
