About My Clients

You may feel tense or "on guard", overwhelmed, drained, and exhausted. You may have learned to prioritize the emotions and needs of others first or hide and criticize parts of yourself. If you are seeking relief from depression, anxiety, self-criticism or shame, grief, feeling disconnected or misunderstood, or weighed down by trauma or other experiences, I'm here to tell you that you are so much more than the parts of you that are hurting.

My Background and Approach

Trauma disconnects us and I hold space to support your healing and connection with yourself and your relationships. I specialize in complex trauma, relationships, couples, and empowering the LGBTQIA+ community and women. I hold space for individuals and relationships/couples to slow down with patterns and attachment/trauma responses with compassion, connect with their internal experience, amplify strengths, and explore new patterns and possibilities for healing. My approach is grounded in anti-oppression, liberation psychology, somatics (body experience), trauma-informed Yoga, play, and authenticity, including humor! Your humor, creativity, passions, joys, tears, and pain are ALL welcome. Please reach out if you'd like to connect and explore working together!

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am a white, Queer, and gender fluid trauma and relationship therapist and trauma-informed Yoga teacher that is passionate about celebrating, affirming, and supporting the 2SLGBTQ+ community. I have learned and continue to learn from abolition, decolonization, Yoga, and Queer social change movements.

I offer online counseling in the following states:
