About My Clients

As a therapist and abolitionist organizer, I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ people of all ages while they navigate relationships, trauma, identity, kink, CNM, systems involvement, and their relationships to systems of oppression.

My Background and Approach

I take an approach to therapy that integrates elements of IFS, DBT, relational therapy, and other trauma informed modalities. My goal is to help you gain insight into your thought processes and patterns while empowering you to embody your emotional world. My therapeutic practice is informed by professional experience providing care to T/GNC adolescents and young adults, neurodivergent youth, as well as survivors of sexual and domestic violence while they sought care in the emergency department. I provide gender affirming care to children and adolescents and can support them while they process grief, major life changes, bullying, trauma, and neurodivergence. I help young clients develop their own voice and sense of personal agency while making sure they learn the skills necessary to move through the world safely and effectively. My work with children and adolescents is evidence-based, relational, engaging, and non-ABA.
