I know how hard it can be to find a therapist with who you feel a connection with and I would be honored to work with you through the various stages of your life. As a Lesbian, I can relate to many of the challenges people face when existing in a difficult space. I look forward to working with you as you gain the empowerment, knowledge, and skills required to move through those challenges.
My Background and Approach
Most of my experience has been working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with Gender Identity/LGBTQ struggles, depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and “coming of age”. My current focus is expanding my skills in helping individuals heal from religious/spiritual trauma. The feedback I receive from clients is that they find me to be caring and non-judgmental, and they appreciate that I am honest and authentic with them. You can expect me to walk with you through whatever difficulties you are facing and help you learn more about yourself and the way you interact with the world.
