About My Clients
I am a bilingual, Spanish speaking therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults to support them in meeting their goals. I enjoy supporting clients with improving their mental health, their relationships with others and themselves. I first focus on providing clients a safe and non-judgmental space to assist clients with feeling comfortable in the therapeutic setting.
My Background and Approach
I use trauma focused, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral interventions throughout my treatment with clients. I also have experience working with undocumented populations to assist with processing their trauma, grief and the many complexities that derive from leaving their country of origin. My experience also includes working through the entire pandemic where I also assisted clients with managing their grief, anxieties and losses. As a mental health therapist, I am dedicated and committed to working with my clients to improve their lives as they desire. I will continue to use my extensive experience working with clients with depression, anxiety, trauma and many other different needs to provide the best care for new clients.
