My goal is to hold a safe space for you to support your intention for growth and healing as your witness and companion. Whether you are returning to therapy or beginning for the first time, together we will work to figure out what is holding you back and how to overcome it.
My Background and Approach
I am an LGBTQIA+ affirmative therapist and value the intersection of individuals' identities, including gender, race, ethnicity, and sexuality. I use a strengths-based, culturally relevant, and integrated approach to therapy. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor treatment to you and your specific needs and goals, and offer homework and simple tools to practice outside of session. I completed a degree in Counseling from Northwestern University, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Biology from Stanford University. My professional background includes roles within higher education supporting first-generation and/or low-income college students and K-12 initiatives.
