My Background and Approach
My supervision style is trauma-informed and emboldened by themes of diversity, equity and inclusion. I practice from an anti-racist and anti-oppression lens. Working with me means you will be working on deconstructing implicit biases and decolonizing your social work practice. I regularly integrate Mindfulness, Parts Works, Somatic Experiencing, Feminism, and Meditation into my clinical work.

I believe that every social worker possess the strengths and skills needed to affect positive change in in world. My focus is to support the growth and development of each of my supervisees as they navigate complex systems and client issues. I want to help you find a healthier, happier place in the of social work that is the best fit for you. I offer a judgement and shame-free space allowing you to do your best and most honest work. I am here to invest in YOU as a social worker. Not just for your agency, but for the benefit of you, your clients and the social work profession.
