About My Clients
When teens and adults feel overwhelmed, they FEEL it. There are so many factors; high achievers, life changes, puberty, and the rapidly shifting world around us can all play a part in the exhausting feelings many people live with. These things can have a direct effect on your physical health, too! The brain and the body are connected, and they will let you KNOW when things are not in sync. This can be confusing for some people, they get stuck and don't know how to move forward.
My Background and Approach
Greunke Consulting is both an in-person and teletherapy practice. My approach to therapy is not about "telling you what to do". I hear your story, and guide you through, using your strengths. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, and other evidenced based methods, and I specialize in helping young people and adults with ongoing issues that hinder their daily life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have no agenda, other than to listen to you, to believe you, and to help you identify and meet goals that will move you forward in life. Trusting me through your journey is a privilege I take very seriously, and I would like to work with you. Taking the step of reaching out to a therapist is the first step on the path to feeling the way you want to feel.
