About My Clients
My clients are women and moms who spend all day taking care of others. Exhausted. Frustrated. Who struggle making time for themselves and prioritizing self care. I can help you make time for you. I also love working with fellow therapists.
My Background and Approach
I am person centered and use experiential, narrative with a little CBT, DBT on the side. I am an IFS informed therapist and use trauma informed approaches. I specialize in anxiety, depression, mood issues, parenthood, stress, life transitions and trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I actively work to be antiracist and an ally to LGBTQIA2S. I am a feminist and affirming of all neurotypes.
