My passion is supporting individuals navigating challenges within their family systems and relationships, grappling with low self-esteem or anxiety, or experiencing emotional dysregulation. I also work with those facing significant life transitions, offering nurturing guidance and grounding to help restore balance and build resilience during times of change.
My Background and Approach
As a somatic therapist, I trust in the body’s innate wisdom—its ability to guide us toward healing, connection, and wholeness. Life can leave us feeling disconnected from this wisdom, especially when we’ve experienced stress, overwhelm, or patterns that seem hard to break. When we lose touch with our bodies, it’s easy to feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. I believe healing happens when we come back into relationship with ourselves—when we create space to listen to what the body is telling us and reconnect with its sense of safety and aliveness.
