My Background and Approach
I will work with you to find a blend of therapeutic approaches that work with your life. I have experience working with different therapies such as DBT, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Feminist Therapy, Music Therapy, Yoga and many more. I am eager to learn and have attended trainings on telehealth, anxiety and trauma. My main focus is my clients and what will help them. I also offer walk and talk therapy in Philadelphia.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves peace and balance that is one of my main focuses as a therapist. I suffer from anxiety so many of the tools that I offer to clients, I use myself. I strive everyday to bring balance to my own life and I realize what a challenge and a rewarding journey it is. I love yoga and I have recently gone through yoga teacher training. During quarantine I picked up a love of yarn arts, especially knitting and crocheting. We can also knit or crochet during a session it you would like. 'm also very fond of my dog Pumpkin whose snores you might hear through my headphones.
