About My Clients
I prioritize working with black and brown communities , LGBTQIA+ communities, and individuals who exist at the intersection of these identities.
My Background and Approach
I utilized an eclectic therapy style to meet clients where they are, integrating solution-focused behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, liberation health model, somatic therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I hold a Masters of Social Work(MSW) from Boston University School of Social Work, a Masters of Public Health(MPH) from Harvard T.H. Chan, and a Bachelors of Arts(BA) in Psychology from Rider University. I have over a decade of experience working in nonprofits, health care, and mental health. I specialize in working with college age students, LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC communities, intersectional identities, and substance use.
