For many people, managing stress, anxiety, painful memories of past physical/sexual abuse, and/or depression can be defeating and impact your quality of life. You might feel drained and unable to manage daily tasks. However, it is possible to hit reset and learn how to manage your mental health, confidently. I can assist individuals in identifying their inner strength to overcome emotional and mental health challenges and build resiliency.
My Background and Approach
My background includes experience in the treatment of PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, and Mood disorders. I have worked in both private practice and community mental health. I utilize an array of frameworks including (but not limited to) trauma-informed framework, solution focused, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to provide support and interventions that are tailored to meet individuals and family’s needs. My approach is very person-centered. I am passionate about social justice issues and advocating for oppressed and underserved populations.
