About My Clients

I work with dynamic individuals and couples who feel lost and want to find their way back to clarity, compassion, and their higher selves. My clients are a wide variety of peeps, including artists, scientists, healers, first-gen, queer, neurodivergent folks, creatives, or anyone who feels like they don't fit the mold. My decades of work in the mindfulness, grief, and coaching spaces allows me to bring a deep presence and wisdom to our work together, and help you move forward with your life.

My Background and Approach

I take an integrative, whole-self approach, utilizing the tools of mindfulness, somatic exploration, inner-parts discovery (IFS), & solution-focused strategies so that we can get curious together and pave the way toward insight, wisdom, and CHANGE.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I also work with couples & family pairs to heal wounds & restore connection, and with single folks to find more love & joy in this seemingly paired-up world.
