My Background and Approach
I have extensive experience working with young children and families, young adults, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+. My work is culturally integrative, particularly when navigating racial and cultural identity development. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, life adjustment, trauma, ADHD and more. Come explore what true balance can mean for you. My approach to treatment is eclectic as I draw from modalities such as ACT, Humanistic/Person-Centered, CBT and more. My goal is to truly tailor treatment to meet your needs and temperament.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that each of us has the capacity for change within us and that therapy can aid in providing that north star. I seek to navigate those changes with my clients, rather than for them. As a person who sits at the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, I also believe in truly meeting people where they're at. Whether that's gender-affirming care, racial identity development or more, please know I strive to help you feel fully seen, heard and held in this therapy space.
