About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or perinatal families. I work with those navigating the complexities of identity, self-acceptance, and the unique challenges of living in a world that may not always understand or support them. I also support parents and caregivers, helping them build strong, nurturing environments for themselves and their families. Together, we will strive to create a safe space to grow, heal and build community.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a therapist, I hold deep respect and commitment to providing a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space for all individuals, including those who identify as LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and those navigating the perinatal period. I believe in honoring each person’s unique experience and identity, and I strive to create an inclusive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and supported. My work is rooted in cultural humility, recognizing that every individual’s journey is shaped by their intersectional identities. I also deeply believe that you already possess the strength, wisdom, and resources you need to navigate your challenges—my role is to help you tap into that inner resilience and support you in the process. I am committed to continuous learning, unlearning, and adapting my approach to best support clients in ways that reflect their needs and personal truths.
