About My Clients
I love to work with folks from all walks of life, especially folks who find themselves in a phase of rediscovery or reconnection to self. I particularly enjoy working with folks healing their relationship with food and body, who may struggle with disordered eating. As a queer therapist, I enjoy supporting folks with a similar identity.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Associate here in Washington and graduated with a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University. Before that, I studied Psychology at the University of Washington, where I obtained my BA. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families throughout my training. I work from a client centered approach, as you are the expert in your own life. Some of my core values that show up in the room are respect, compassionate care, and body liberation. As a queer native person (a member of the Blackfeet Nation) liberation is a guidepost for me. I also recognized my privilege as a white passing, cis-gendered, currently able-bodied person.
