About My Clients

As a queer woman, I find immense joy in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community. Whether our work is centered around questions about identity and living in your full self, or not, I strive to make my practice a space that is safe(r) for all, and one where everyone can feel seen and held in their full self.

My Background and Approach

I began my work as a therapist by working with survivors of domestic violence at the YWCA Pierce County. Through that experience, I have come to center my practice around healing from trauma for all people and was trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a highly effective tool for navigating and healing from PTSD. I have found that often the most important and work happens when we feel seen and safe to be our full selves. I work primarily with individuals and couples who are working to heal, and learn new ways to connect and support themselves.
