Succeeding in the professional world, as a parent, and in relationships with unmanaged ADHD can be debilitating. You may feel constant fear of being fired or found out. Believe you are lazy, not trying hard enough, or stupid. Your internal voice may sound mean and belittling. You may experience crippling anxiety, depression, and low self worth. You may be hiding all of this with shame and fear, disconnected from friends and peers.
My Background and Approach
As a human with personal and professional experience with ADHD and Autism (and all that comes with that!), our work together will allow you to discover how prioritizing yourself and your relationship with your, partner(s), your child, and the world around you can transform your life to bring joy, laughter, and connection. I will help you to separate your symptoms from your fears so you can discover and believe in the wonderful nature of who you truly are, hidden by your ADHD. You didn't receive the help you needed when you were young, you are still learning and growing. Working with me is next step in mentorship to help you develop routines, habits, values and beliefs to allow you to discover your unique path in life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Human are inherently valuable, that includes you! I work with individuals and family systems determined to break the cycle of abuse, develop healthy internal harmony, and withstand the pain and disorientation of grief and loss. As a child my world lacked safety, security, and nurturing adults. Because of this I am myself a cycle-breaker, a healing parent, embodying my gender and sexuality as a queer woman, and capable of withstanding the grief of sudden loss and life changes. You are a fighter, with the courage to love deeply despite past hurt. You are deserving of a healthy and safe guide to healing and growth you were deprived of in the past. I welcome you to our community of self-healers. I would be honored to walk along this path with you.
