About My Clients
I work with individuals with dissociative episodes or disorders, utilizing EMDR therapy. I also work with adults with childhood and/or relational physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, anxiety and mood disorders, and life transitions.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is strength-based, interpersonal, and psycho-dynamic; working alongside you in discovery. I am trained in EMDR and utilize somatic and mindfulness techniques, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral approaches.
