My Background and Approach
My experience is centered around supporting clients as they work on complex trauma, grief, and addiction recovery support. I utilize a variety of counseling techniques including Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Somatic Therapy to find the best-fit approach for each client. I am a Pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working towards full Georgia LMFT status.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a half Filipino and second generation immigrant. Due to my background, I also have a special interest in working with bicultural clients and other second generation immigrants. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, being in nature or near the water, yoga, reading, and a variety of artistic endeavors!
