My goal is to align with my clients in conceptualizing their goals for therapy and explore what treatment pathways are best for them. I focus on building skills to navigate life and processing the past and emotions with my clients. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults. I specialize in trauma, mindfulness, depression, and anxiety. I often work with people who want to focus on LGBTQ+ issues, processing complex trauma, and body neutrality.
My Background and Approach
Trauma-informed care and person-centered perspective drive my therapeutic practice. I utilize interventions from a variety of modalities and am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT/CBT+), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindful movement, and more.
