My Background and Approach
My guiding philosophy for therapy is “the problem is the problem; the person is not the problem.” I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, where you are the expert on the problem, and we seek to reframe the problem together. We will explore what the problem looks like, how it acts, what it effects, and how we can change it.
