My Background and Approach
I love to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and narrative to reframe stories as well as validate the journey a client has taken before meeting me. Helping you understand your story is something that live for. I feel a great deal of priveledge in knowing your story because I feel sharing our authentic selves with one another is one of life’s greatest gifts.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a member of the LGBTQIA+ rainbow and I feel that learning more about my identity as well as helping you understand yours is an ever evolving journey. I love talking about issues regarding sexuality and gender and discovering the many shades and hues we all embody. As a white person, I feel that it is my responsibility to own my privilege and I am always open to discovering more ways that I can be an ally to members of the BIPOC community.
