My Background and Approach
As a Denver transplant and mom of two toddlers, I understand the feelings of isolation, sadness, and anxiety that come with life transitions. I have experienced the challenge of redefining healthy boundaries and healthy relationships. I know what it is like to sit on the other side of therapy and how challenging it can be to open up.
