I am ready to help you persevere through life’s stressors and crises and, ultimately, help you build a life truly worth living. I specialize in working with people who struggle with their emotions and behaviors, including those struggling with anxiety disorders, ADHD, trauma, eating disorders, personality disorders, and mood disorders.
My Background and Approach
I have a passion for working with people who have multiple challenges such as ADHD combined with anxiety/depression and mood fluctuations with behaviors that do not give you long-lasting relief. I utilize a non-judgmental and validating approach while also supporting and encouraging positive changes. My goal is to empower you to gain a greater sense of strength and agency in your life and, ultimately, to become your own coach. I want you to make the most of your time in therapy. You are unique and do not fit into a mold (no one does!). Accordingly, I combine well-researched evidence-based practices such as DBT & CBT with your unique strengths and needs to help you build a better life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I spent many years in high-pressure jobs, struggling with anxiety, mood, learning disabilities, and ADHD. I understand first-hand the pressures that come with managing a stressful job and/or school, family responsibilities, and living a fulfilling life. Now that I have built a rich and fulfilling life, I am ready to help you persevere through life’s stressors and crises and, ultimately, help you build a life truly worth living.
