My Background and Approach
I utilize a variety of counseling techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, & Humanistic Therapy to assist clients in reaching their full potential. Together we will unpack cycles of anxiety, trauma responses, or attachment cycles you may be caught in to gain clarity on how you show up for yourself & within your relationships. I collaborate with my clients to improve your overall ability to function, engage with life authentically, & move from stuck to thriving. We can explore ways you will be able to develop internal accountability & practice prioritizing the boundaries & self care rituals that best suite your long term wellness. It is important that you feel validated & heard. I value honesty between client and counselor in both the relationship rapport and as a tool to facilitate your growth.
