My Background and Approach
As a neurodivergent therapist, I'm interactive, compassionate, creative, and real. I have lived experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and disordered eating. I believe that working together is a co-creative process. Together, we'll find ways to build on your strengths, navigate big emotions, work through your triggers, and find new ways to live your life in a way that feels more authentically you. I use a collaborative and empathic approach to empower you to become your most authentic, confident self. It's very important to me that you leave our sessions with new knowledge and skills that you can use in all aspects of your life. We'll work together to enhance your strengths and bring more happiness and joy into your life.
