My Background and Approach
If you feel like you've been stuck in trauma patterns and are constantly dysregulated then I can help you! I work with client's who have experienced all kinds of traumas, anxiety, and relationship problems. I can guide you through the healing process and help you increase connection with yourself. To do this I utilize IFS, Attachment, and somatic therapy. I help clients take a deeper look at themselves and their experiences to gain a better understanding of why they're struggling while providing a safe space for them to share their story. We all need someone to listen without judgement. Whether you allow me to join your journey or not, I wish you well on your endeavors to pursue change, growth, and healing!

I believe that we heal through connection. Therefore, it is my goal to show up authentically and judgement free so that my clients and I can work together to break free from trauma patterns.
