About My Clients

I focus on working with LGBTQ and neurodivergent individuals. I can help with trauma and PTSD, substance use, depression, anxiety, or just difficulty with life transitions. I also offer relationship therapy to queer and polyamorous partners, and I support the exploration of BDSM, kink, and non-monogamy as ways of healing.

My Background and Approach

I believe healing occurs through working on your relationships and finding your authentic self. Specific approaches I use are attachment work, IFS and narrative therapy, building motivation and routines, and fostering emotional awareness and self-compassion.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

You deserve care, support, and compassion! Our sessions can be guided by you or more structured based on your preference. I help my clients explore themselves, heal their relationships, and tap into joy and pleasure. My therapeutic approach is rooted in holistic and integrative care and shaped by feminist, humanistic, and intersectionality theories.
