I specialize in older adults, but I also work with teens and adults of all ages who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, grief or challenges with coping. As people we often need support and it can be hard to reach out for help, and I'm proud of you for taking this step in your journey.

I provide a variety of therapeutic evidence-based practices in my sessions. These tools are based on individual need, and it is my role in your journey to help you learn how to use the tools you need to meet your goals. I pride myself on providing a safe trusting environment that you can feel comfortable sharing in. Each person who seeks help to grow, change, and face challenges in life deserves to be heard without judgement. It would be my honor to provide you with the space you need.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a lifetime ally of the LGBT community and have strived to educate others in the importance of inclusion. I firmly believe that each person holds value that does not need to be earned it already exists in each of us. I am also an animal lover and understand that for many people our furry friends are more like family than pets. I have also worked at a technician in veterinary medicine and have seen the challenges faced by people in veterinary medicine.
