About My Clients

My passion is working with couples developing healthy sexualities, LGBTQIA+ individuals developing their sexual and gender expression, and people on the journey of healing through somatic lens. Whether you are facing wanting more fulfilling sex, exploring poly, or even the shame that comes with wanting sex or a kinky/queer relationship in a world that tells us we shouldn’t. I have been there, and struggled through the confusion of it. And I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to do it alone.

My Background and Approach

I work with individuals and couples, both monogamous and non-monogamous, from an eclectic use of modalities. I pull from Emotion Focused (EFT) and Restoration Therapy (RT) foundation, while also using Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also Gottman trained and incorporate this into couple’s work.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I have a Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of San Diego. After my bachelors I became fascinated with the human body and decided to pursue somatic (somatic meaning body focused) psychology by receiving my yoga teacher training, tantric practitioner training, and working at a psychiatric inpatient facility. I later when on to work in bodywork for 5 years while completing my masters degree. I use this depth of knowledge about the body to assist in our sessions.
