About My Clients

I work with LGBTQIA+ clients, Neurodivergent clients, and anyone—regardless of race, sexuality, or gender—who seeks to create meaningful change in their lives. I especially enjoy working with creatives, and artists, or others in non-profit or helping professions. My work is relational and grounded in helping clients navigate challenges such as Gender Dysphoria, PTSD, Anxiety, Loss, Trauma and Depression.

My Background and Approach

My work is based on a trauma-informed approach to therapy. My focus is compassionate, empathic and direct and holistic, keeping life in-balance. I have a background in Object Relations and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Jungian Work, CBT and Mindfulness. I am a believer that therapy is not linear, and together we can collaborate and untangle the things that aren’t working for you. We will celebrate your resilience, and progress, and give you the skills to face upcoming or current challenges however difficult. Therapy is a safe space to grow and I look forward to helping you do just that.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

The strategies I’ll share with you are those I’ve refined throughout my career working with clients facing similar road-blocks. I bring a wide range of creative modalities, and I collaborate with you to tailor your treatment plan to meet your needs. Modalities may include therapeutic art, journaling and writing prompts, and dream work or shadow play. I identify as Queer and Gender Fluid, and have been an active part of my community for many years.
