My approach blends compassion with evidence-based practices. If you seek support for anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues, I'm dedicated to empowering you and your family toward healing and growth. For younger clients, particularly those processing trauma, I utilize play therapy techniques to create a comfortable therapeutic experience. I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, or IDD disorders.

Whether you're a child, a young adult, part of the LGBTQIA+ community, or navigating the unique challenges of developmental disabilities or eating struggles, I get it. Think of my office as a safe haven, a place where you'll feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through whatever's on your mind. We'll team up to explore what's happening, find your strengths, and build the confidence to move forward. My goal is to create an affirming and empathetic space, and encourage clients build resilience and find renewed hope. Building trust and providing expert care are my priorities. With an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia, I'm an LPC in Illinois and board-certified by the NBCC. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and affirming space for children and teens navigating life’s challenges, including eating disorders, trauma, ADHD, autism, and major life transitions. I believe in a compassionate, client-centered approach that honors each individual’s unique experiences and strengths. As an advocate for neurodiversity and mental health awareness, I strive to empower young people and their families with the tools and support they need to thrive. I am passionate about fostering inclusivity and affirming identities, and I actively support LGBTQ+ youth and marginalized communities. Outside of my work, I engage in mental health advocacy, stay informed on best practices in trauma-informed care, and believe in the importance of ongoing learning to better serve my clients.
